This is the best sushi I’ve had in Boston yet. The quality of the fish is excellent, presentation is beautiful, and service was good. This place is underrated for sure. Despite coming in at 6pm on a Friday this place wasn’t too busy. We are definitely coming back again.
My friends and I had omakase with Chef Ming and it was the best omakase we’ve had in a long time. Each dish was unique, personally prepared, and flavors was so deep and multi layered. Chef Ming bought fresh ingredients for each of our dishes and it made an amazing difference. I could literally smell and taste the ocean. I would highly recommend Chef Ming for your special occasions or come here to Fuji at Ink Block casual dinners.
Amazing sushi restaurant with great atmosphere and high level quality products. Lots of options and very unique rolls available. Had the Sashimi Moriawase favourite, Makimono Combo Super, and appetizers. Should definitely give this place a try if downtown Boston.
My first time eating sushi and we went here. Honestly I couldn't tell you what any of these are cause she ordered them. But they were all very delicious. Also the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing as well. For a drink I had the "Her Sin + tonic" and it was great. Oh and edamame for a started. That was great too. Definitely would come back !
the food are good but i would not go again bc its overpriced. We ordered the finer nigiri love it, the duck fried rice average, two drinks, two maki the miss waldorf is great, and a foie gras chawanmushi not worthy at all. over 180 including tips. the food are not bad at all, but i would not say its worthy of its price.
I have had takeout from here several times before, so i am surprised I have never reviewed this place before. In 2020, this place used to be my celebratory lunch takeout spot after exams. Good portions of tasty food, decent price and the best part is that it always filled me. Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box - 5/5. Have had their beef bento box, which is also quite good.
Their Wagyu beef clay pot is my favorite! They don’t service this at every location, so I come to this specific location for this dish. I also got their shrimp shumai and green tea ice cream. Their food is always amazing, and their service has always been exceptional.
Got the miso, salmon sashimi and the chefs speciality roll. The Miso was great but nothing special. The sashimi was great quality and fresh. The signature roll was great and I highly recommend it. The bill was higher than I’d like it to be but sushi is expensive in Boston.
Business dinner on a weekday. Parking was difficult but eventually we found a spot on the street. Service at the bar was good. We ordered drinks and a ton of sushi. Waitress suggested the "holy trinity ", I can't remember the exact name of each roll. They were so good we ordered all of them again!Food: 5/5
Came here for sushi on a work trip. I enjoyed the spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls. They had good edamame and sweet tea. I thought presentation was nice and they have a nice outdoor patio. I would come back. Pricing is not cheap.
