Visited this establishment and ordered hibachi meals. These came with jumbo shrimp automatically. As we have a shellfish issue, I asked about substituting anything else in place of the shrimp. Other establishments have happily done this in the past. Our answer was a quick, abrasive NO. I seriously doubt this place is actually run by Japanese owners, as they would not treat customers with such dishonorable tactics. Food is average. Noodles lacked texture. Soup bland and house salad watery. Two stars.

This was my 1st visit at Fujiyama's in Fairmont. I got to try a few different sushi rolls, and let me tell ya....phenomenal. My favorite so far is the Mountaineer. The hibachi was excellent as well. I had steak. Definitely can't wait to go back! 5 star all the way!!!

Been here a few times, the service is GREAT and the food is AWESOME! WOULD reccomend to anyone

Not the best Japense I've ever had and the prices aren't great either. But it's pretty good nonetheless.
