I gave this mom and pop store 4 stars because of the customer service and they do the best they can in the neighborhood they reside! RESPECT

I don't drink, stop to play the lottery number and gets some scratches off lottery tickets. I can't get a good winner scratches off lottery tickets for nothing in the city's of Baltimore city it so sad that I don't have that touch with the scratches off lottery tickets.

Love all the selection.

Fulton liquor doesn't just sell liquor and malt liquor, they also sell subs, chips, snacks etc.

They are rude in this store. The store is owned by Asians and I don't like how I was talked to. Will never spend my money there again.

Been coming here since i was a kid!!!! Everything you need and the owner Song is a very nice respectful person.

It's a clean bar but to me it's not too safe that's just my opinion to many people got shot in front of that bar so get in and get out
