Furniture Land East

I love this store!!! Always find unique one of a kind pieces!! We’ll stuff I’ve never seen anyone else with… Salesman sketchy they’ll all tell you a diff price. I have a guythere only deal w hin. Won’t say I never had a problem but they fixed it promptly. I stop In just to take a peak.

Well, salesman said delivery would be between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday,1/1/22. I even questioned about delivery on holiday; was told they will be delivering. After my calling at 1:55 p.m., employee said they would contact driver and call me back in 5 minutes That NEVER happened. I had to call them again. My delivery finally arrived at 5:25 p.m. Very frustrating!!

They have a pretty decent selection, but if you can, go anywhere else. Everything they have there, you can and will find elsewhere. It’s not a good sign when your sales person is conversing about your purchase in another language to his co-worker, before he gives you a BS price; different from the one listed, but I really needed the couch. If you do buy from there using their finance services, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SIGN YOU UP FOR AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE, ASK FOR SNAP FINANCE! Ask and double check that it’s Snap finance. Snap finance is a way better optionspeaking from experienceand they aren’t ridden with hidden fees.

I wanted to share my experience with Furniture Land East as I've used them twice now over the past 3 years & I'm preparing to use them again. I've also referred others who have had a great experience. The store has a great selection of furniture options from budget to high end...they offer financing options & very prompt delivery...they set up everything & I have never had an issue...I have comparison shopped at Value City, Big Lots & other places and I found Furniture Land offered the best options for what I was looking for. I highly recommend them!!

Buyer beware. I strongly discourage anybody from visiting furniture land East. I wish I can give these guys a negative rating. I purchased a mattress several years ago. The mattress had our 10 year manufacture warranty on it. After 2 weeks of calling almost every day I finally got in touch with the manager. The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. He told me to take pictures of the warranty and the mattress and to email it to him. I did as requested, and I did not hear back from them. Another month went by of me calling almost every day to finally get him on the phone. I finally gave up and contact that the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer solved my problem within 10 minutes. I cannot emphasize how unsatisfied I am with the service and the overall experience of this retailer...

DONT DO IT RUN! They tell me they have a couch they didn't have!! I was paying in full in cash why not. Also their financial stuff seemed shady. But it gets better they tell me they didn't actually have it in that color, the day of delivery, after I have tossed my other couch out. They offer me smaller, harder, cheaper options.. BUT LOL... I can get a rug they choose for the issues they caused if I do take the items that I didn't want instead.. ITS FOR SURE A NO FOR ME

I wanted a Signature piece for my room , I shopped off the Catalog with Omar I found a beautiful piece...he said he would order it in . He was always Professional always RESPECTFUL HELPFUL FABULOUS...everything is taking a little longer due to COVID & truck driver shortage. Told me he would get it in and for me to just check in and when it arrives he will call me, and he kept his word . He said to trust him that he would take care of it , I APPRECIATE OMAR & Mr SAM. My boo put it together yesterday it is JUST WHAT I WANTED.. exactly as I ordered it color and all. IT SET THE WHOLE ROOM OFF. i’am SOOO HAPPY WITH MY CHAIR this store as no association with the Hamilton rd store. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING OMAR

Be careful when you go to this location. I don’t know about other furniture land but the one one east broad is really bad

I absolutley love coming in here. I have visited twice in the last 2 months and have made a purchase both times! They have a great selection to choose from. And the like to make deals. I got a $600 mattress today for $400. They are helpful and will show you things based on your interest. I enjoy this place compared to others!

Furniture Land is a great store they sell good quality furniture I’m a returning customer. Bought a living room and dinning room furniture from them when I was 18 years old I’m 35 now and my furniture is still in good condition, So I decided to return to Furniture Land East, because I’m ready to do some new colors and upgrades. Great price I totally recommend purchasing from Furniture Land East..
