I couldn't be happier. I had a mahogany desk from the 40s or 50s that had been stained cherry and had many imperfections, chips, and a broken foot. The desk had many intricate details, a lot of hardware, and a lot of work was required. It took five weeks to complete the job. That is what I expected. It is even more beautiful than I thought it could be. The finish is now mahogany, the cherry has been stripped from it and it is just beautiful. It still has an antique look to it, it hasn't been made to look like a new piece of furniture. But the finish is just flawless

These guys are amazing.    I had an antique grandfathers clock that was pretty rough looking,  and my dog had chewed the foot.   I thought it was a lost cause.     But they made it more beautiful than new.   These guys are true craftsmen.  Thank you so much!!!!

Took my  grandmothers 100 year old desk and chair and Carlos and crew restored it by hand into beautiful furniture that will last another 100 years!  Excellent service, kind people, quality work and good prices.  We would recommend the  Village Woodsmith to all who want quality craftsmanship and good customer service!  Bob and Kay. Village Woodsmith did an awesome job restoring an original 1976 Yankee Stadium Chair. . There quality work and expert care in the small details makes them stand out as the best in their field of restoration work. I highly recommend them for any job u might have.
