I love this salon and I try to book an appointment here anytime I’m in town. Emmalee is the best!!! I trust her 100% with my hair. Even if she wasn’t available, I’d still book services here. Everyone is kind, prompt, and highly skilled. Absolutely recommend for anyone who wants quality haircuts, coloring, or styling.

Melissa M gave me the best haircut! I asked for a 90s type layered look, and she did just that! I’m so happy with my experience, I’ll be back for sure. Melissa gave so much attention to detail and made sure it was perfect, and it is. Thank you!

Worst salon ever!! Kelly destroyed my hair!! My request was for a brunette to blond ombre style and I got a horrible bright orange fried ends, black roots that did not cover the grays fiasco!! Look at the pictures and see what you can expect from her. She burnt down my hair completely!!! While blow-drying, my hair was falling apart in pieces and sticking to the assistant's hand! I called Kelly and she said "well, yes now you just have to baby it for a while". Baby it???!! I had to cut more that half of the length of my hair and had to go with a real professional to get it fixed! Basically put an all over color because my hair couldn't take any more lightening. Not only she fried my hair but the salon charged me anyway. They operate like a high-end salon but have mediocre stylist giving a horrible service. Don't waste your time and money just to put your hair in risk! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I moved to Indianapolis from Louisville and I still make the 2 hour drive back to Louisville for Fusion Salon. Specifically, Mazzi, bc she is outstanding every time and just a lovely person! I get so many compliments on the cut and color of my hair after a visit with her and she always steers me in the right direction for products that work for my hair. She's truly incredible and so are the ladies who get me scheduled. Fabulous salon!!

I have been here twice for Melissa I know there are two and she has done an impeccable job on my color. I have a lot of hair and want a full highlight and she was so detail oriented though my whole head. It took 3 hours for the color and cut, and the cut was decently simple, but it was worth it. My blonde looks great, so dynamic and the cut is just what i wanted. Love their mask rules as well, makes me feel safe

Update: I have been seeing Natalie for nearly a year now coming almost every 8 weeks for a cut. Every time is wonderful. I decided to try something fun and dye my hair pink. I am simply blown away by the color she gave me. It is perfection. Natalie gave me a fabulous much needed hair cut! It had been almost 10 months since my last cut due to a new baby, and I just needed to feel somewhat like myself again. It was such a relief and I felt so amazing! Great prices for quality work. A plus is that it's in the cutest shopping center!

I absolutely love this salon! Today was my first day going to get my hair cut in a while. I am very skeptical about who cuts my hair and how they cut it. I had an appointment with Sam today and she was FANTASTIC! She focused on every detail when cutting my hair. Needless to say, my hair looks beyond amazing and I am so in love with it. The staff is very friendly and the environment is very welcoming.

Love Kelly at Fusion! Been going to her for a year and a half or more. She does great cuts and colors, listens and sticks to what I ask for, and is very conservative and concerned with health of the hair! Not to mention she has a incredible background and work history, so she is super knowledgeable. Fusion itself is a great salon, they do great scalp massages during washes which is such a fantastic touch.

Sarah usually highlights and cuts my hair. The color is fantastic. When it gets too blonde she throws in low lights to give it great depth. Her cuts are fantastic! Never been happier. Salon is great too. I have fallen in love with REF products! I would certainly recommend her to everyone!
