Fusion Spice Bar & Grille

I went to Fusion Bar& Grille. I had an issue with the oxtail that I ordered, they were not tender at all. Someone made a mistake in the kitchen, I'm not sure if it was the cook or the server, but I waited for about 45mins for them. They tried to do a rush job and what I assume is pressure cook them and the Oxtails were still very tough. For $19 while the flavor was good the portion was also extremely small. She brought out 4 very small tough bones. I was so disappointed with the food. My company had the fish and she loved it. However I will not be returning. I will admitted the server did a great job. She was always kind a courtesy. I still tipped her even though I wasn't happy with the food.

For my first time there the wings weren't how I thought they were idk maybe I don't like Parmesan but other than that the DJ. Was all that and the atmosphere was lit no issues so that's good and it's very spacious and stylish

No complaints... good music! If I had to pay I definitely would not go. The crowd is normally 20's & 30"s.$20 door Fee . VIP section . They have hòoka & stay open until 2am.

I met the owners of this place a few months before it opened, so I've been looking forward to seeing this place for a while. I stopped in today, but think this first visit may be my last. The service was great. The bartender was very attentive and greeted us promptly. I let her know I was interested in hookah, but she let me know unfortunately only appetizers could be ordered on that side of the restaurant. My friend wanted an entree so we figured we'd just eat and pop over to the hookah side after the food. He ordered wings and a steak bowl, I ordered fish & rice and I don't think any of the food came out until at bare minimum 20 minutes after we ordered. His wings came out, then about ten mins later his steak bowl was out and then my fish probably about ten minutes after his steak bowl [40 mins from ordering]. The restaurant was nearly empty when we went. There was a man who ordered steak kabobs after we ordered and his food came out before the wings did for my friend. The drinks we ordered weren't great either and the bartender informed us the sodas were flat so she couldn't make anything involving a fountain drink. The food was great and the bartender was as well. She did her best to make it a good experience, but the management of this place seems like it may be dealing her an unfair hand. One of the owners was there while we were, maybe someone could have made a run for 2 Liter bottles or cans of some sodas to at least have it on hand. Also, there is no reason frying an entire fish and plating it with rice should take over half an hour when we were 2 of 4 people in the restaurant. In fact, the food took so long we ended up running out of time and had to skip hookah. This place has a lot of potential and I'm hoping it reaches it's full potential soon. I read the reviews and got excited, but it definitely didn't live up to the hype for me.

It was small but cute. .I went in on karaoke night, Thursday! I would try it again... The drink was good and I enjoyed the hookah. Overall, chill atmosphere. Follow me on IG @earthangelde

I picked up tacos last night to found out today when I went to eat them there was mold in the salsa don’t eat here what kind of kitchen staff misses this??

I like the staff but I LOVED the food. Good tasting huge portions reasonably priced. It was kinda dark and I like to see my food.

Very comfortable atmosphere, nice clientele with great National live acts.

Nice cozy spot with good food and a awesome staff.
