Always delicious food here !!! I had the general tso shrimp and my bf had the shrimp mei fun noodles. We always come here . Food is fresh and soooo tasty . We also had the crab Rangoon but we ate it before we got to take a pik. Def check them out
Very rude people who work there and Delivery man has a terrible attitude and greedy. I don’t eat pork and asked for only vegetable lo mein and I found a piece of pork in it and a hair in my food. I also called to let them know they didn’t add sauces to my order and they kept hanging up on me and calling me a liar. I will never order here ever again and I highly recommend from not ordering from this place at all, food is bad quality and a very dirty restaurant.
I'm so disappointed. I got food from Future for the first time maybe a couple years ago, and it was fantastic. I would dare say it was the best Chinese in the area. But now... I just don't know. The quality of the food has dropped significantly. When you can taste the freezer burn on your fried rice, you know that something's up. I hope they can turn it around, but for now, I'm looking for a new restaurant that can fill this itch for me. :
Man has this place gone down hill. I don't know if it has a new owner or chefs, but for years this was my usual go-to for cheaper, somewhat decent take out on the run. Last night's order was completely horrible, with onions as the only vegetable/flavor. Hot and sour soup had none of the expected fungi, shoots, thick texture - it was like thin onion soup. And the pad Thai with beef had no meat or veggies just tough dry tofu with oily noodles that were over cooked. It was as if they were trying to rid of the day's scraps in both dishes. Best Chinese food in JC: Ling Long Xuan on Newark by the courthouse is the one to go to - a bit more $ but worth it. Garden's only advantage is that they were opened later. Shame that this place has plummeted to all those other take outs with no flavor.
The food tasted like it was tempered with and I felt sick right after i pay good money I’m not rude and tip I don’t understand
I thought to give it a try, between me and my partner we ordered lobster & shrimp combo soggy , orange chicken combo old, a can of soda and crab sticks. The prices don't match the quality you'd expect. The only thing I enjoyed were the shrimp sizes- not quantity, crab sticks- not quantity and rice but not enough to finish. The lobster was overly soft and unappetizing. The orange chicken and egg rolls tasted old. I don't think there are alot of places that cook fresh anymore. Anyone who rates it 5 stars has gotten used to the taste most likely.
Best Chinese takeout in the hood. Great fried rice and sesame chicken and dumplings were spot on. So what if they are rude, that's how you know it's good.
This is my new favorite local Chinese take-out joint. It is obvious that they change their cooking grease often. The food has a clean/fresh taste, and they allow for substitutes and additions like not wanting pork and/or adding egg to the fried rice. They deliver locally and also via Uber Eats. Spring rolls are light and crispy; broccoli in garlic sauce is decent. I honestly am not too crazy about the teriyaki chicken on a stick though not tender enough for me.
Seafood Mei fun is the best! Menu includes authentic Chinese dishes as well as your typical take-out American Chinese food. All are good, fresh and reasonably priced. I sometimes ask for special customization less oil, less salty, substitution, etc and they always fulfill my requests carefully.
Wonton soup was good but everything else was really flavorless and the Kung pao chicken was fried, which was an unpleasant surprise. We had an egg roll and generals chicken but neither had much flavor. The people were very nice though.
