I am so impressed with Dr. Shuman and his approach to chiropractic care. The treatment and home exercises have been life changing. Getting older has not been an easy transition for me and then having issues with my body has been very difficult. I feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Amazing !! Thank you !!
This review is way over due! I have been Dan’s patient for years. I live approximately 40 miles from his practice, so I tried other chiropractors who are more convenient, but I would always end my back under Dr Dan’s care. He is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate that he incorporates ART and other forms of therapy into his practice. And he is just so darn nice!
I've been going to Dr. Shuman for a number of years now, and he is one of the best. He takes the necessary time to figure out what is going on with my body so that his adjustments are targeted and precise. With some other chiropractors I've seen in the past, my treatment has felt rushed, and I felt as though I was getting a "one size fits all" adjustment. That is definitely not the case with Dr. Dan.
Dr. Dan is one of the nicest, most skilled and compassionate Chiropractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am a rehab nurse who always thought Chiropractors were a little too much smoke and mirrors. When dealing with some pain a few yrs ago and as a last resort I found a DC where I used to live and he helped me immensely. I hoped to find the same after moving to Atlanta, and I did. Dr. Dan is knowledgable, kind, professional and a most importantly great listener and I highly recommend him!
Dr. Shuman was extremely helpful with a knee issue that I had had for a very long time. He came recommended from my trainer who knew I was very skeptical about whether chiropractic treatments worked. Dr. Shuman listened to all my skepticism and treated my issue carefully and successfully. My knee issues improved significantly under his care. If we had not moved out of Atlanta, I would still be going to him. He is great!
Dr. Dan is amazing! He's not just one of those witch doctor type chiros who gives you a few "feel good" cracks and then sends you home. Rather, he's a very gifted chiropractor who is about as much of a physical therapist as he is a chiropractor. He's got a great personality and bedside manner, his facilities are excellent, and his stuff is wonderful. I'm a fan for life!
Dr. Dan is extremely committed to resolving all my aches and pains and random physical issues. I'm 50 and do a variety of exercising. I tend to overdo it sometimes and I'm so grateful to have FX Chiropractic for these times, as well as for regular maintenance! And his non-violent style of treatment is so much more effective for me.
Dr. Shuman is incredible! He is NOT one of those snap, crackle and pop chiropractors that you hear about! He takes time to listen, treats the problem and demonstrates exercises and stretching I can do at home. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule and alleviated my lower back pain. HIs office and staff are top notch. Very safe and clean environment!
Dr. Dan always does a great job assessing and treating me. He usually sends me off with "homework" for my long term care e.g. stretching and exercises. The office is lovely, comfortable and welcoming. His support staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
Dr. Dan Shuman is a kind, respectable, well educated man that takes pride in his ability to adjust, support and guide his patients to a high standard of well rounded health. The knowledge he shares is individual to each of his patients and he presents a calming effect that encourages positive results.
