I was referred to Dr Gordon Thomas by my previous Chiropractor who recently retired. Dr Gordon took the time to listen to me and also to explain his processes. He didn't just put me on a rolling table, adjust me, & send me on my way. He tested all parts of spine to access where my problem areas were before the adjustment. He then performed heat and cold therapy on my problem areas along with other types of therapy and educated me on protecting my spine. I sure do wish he was in network. I would definitely refer him to others and I will likely return also The receptionist was super nice & helpful as well & the facility was nice and clean :-
I was recently in an automobile accident which has led me to seek pain management treatment after my initial chiropractic treatment. I had contacted this facility that i had frequently brought my grandfather to before he passed away about 5 months ago. I contacted the receptionist to inquire of the documents necessary for treatment review. The woman was not back form lunch break when i arrived to drop off the documents in person as she requested. The person behind the desk had no knowledge of the office procedures. She told me to come back with everything once the receptionist comes back from lunch. I left with my documents in hand and later called the receptionists to determine when would be a good time to return. She said that she wished i would have left the documents, i wished she had returned from lunch on time so i could have know. She asked me to fax over my MRI so i did within 20 minutes, i called her to confirm she received it. She made no mention of anything missing. I experienced a great deal of pain and discomfort last night due to my neck and back. I woke up this morning to see if the doctor had reviewed my MRI, only to be scolded and agitated all the more because she is not professional. She told me i was being impolite because i informed her I was in a lot of pain and she had not asked me to fax over anything other that what i had faxed. I do not appreciate office staff miscommunicating information and having the nerve to scold a patient over it being in a business where people have PAIN.
I was in a car accident and I went in bc of my pain. I was in a great deal of pain and within 2 weeks I was near 80% up from 40%. So I am grateful for the fine staff. Thanks Mid Town Rehab
