I bought from them several times but every time and every time something wrong with it it’s not with my items it’s with delivery service,the worst service ever Once my items didnt much ,once very delayed delivery, sincerely this time will be the last time, I use to refer all my friends and family there but now not anymore ,I’m very upset !if I had an appointment with kids they will treat me better and come on time, since one week delay I was waiting my delivery and finally when they said today, the said morning then they call afternoon I was waiting for them the whole day then they called and said tomorrow and again late noon then they called and said in 15 min , 3 hours late nothing! It’s nightmare since I stopped by and I paid the whole amount without not even discussing the price !

Thrown by most of the old reviews; our experience was great. We placed a deposit on a sofa bed in store and it was delivered as promised within the week. Delivery guys called 15 minutes before they arrived, they brought up the sofa two floors up and assembled it within another 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Worst experience I could possibly imagine. A year ago, I came into the store to buy myself some new furniture for my room. I needed a new bed, two nightstands, a TV stand, two drawers and a mirror. They had a huge selection of books to choose from and I finally found a TV stand and a whole set of everything else that I needed. The guy there was helpful in helping me decide and with purchase but that all went downhill after they got my payment. When the delivery men came, they were very disrespectful. I moved everything but my bed out of the room because I didn't have the proper tools to take it apart. They didn't have the tools either so I called my neighbor to see if he might have the right tools and he did so I went and got it from him. They came in and started to build the furniture and try to move my full bed out at the same time. Doing so, they broke the handle on my old bed and then decided to just leave it on it's side so the bed was standing tall in my room. When I came back with the right tools, they tell me that my bed fell while they were working and cracked the new TV stand that I bought and broke the bottom of my old bed which I still keep in my living room. So their movers broke my bed, the new TV stand and also never bothered to even bring the night stand that I paid for. They had the audacity to leave and try and make me sign a receipt that says "received in good condition." I called the company multiple times and they told me that they have no records of me ever buying anything. This company stole money from me and my family, broke our old furniture and broke the new furniture that I bought from them and claimed that they're not responsible for any damages. I still have a copy of the receipt unsigned and considering taking them to court. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Well, this the worst furniture store. Please don't buy any product from them. Their customer service is very bad.The person named Joe is completely a rude person. I ordered a bed frame , they told me they will delivered it within 2 business days but its almost 4 weeks and still I didn't get my bed. When I called them to know the update they were rude and don't wanna listen to me . Its just like a trap, if you enter their u can't come out from them , I told them I can't wait this long time , I need my bed then show me their invoice where written, no deposit back, no refund ,no exchange, delivery can take up to 10 weeks, bla bla bla... So they know what they will face, so everything they did...please everyone Be carefully, don't waste your money & time .Their product, service is garbage... .

The manager there is very nasty and disrespectful! I would definitely NOT recommend this place for anything! He was quick to scan my credit card and I never got a copy of my receipt and never signed for anything. Then when the merchandise came damaged he refused to give me my money back. He cursed at me and my sister. So I called my credit card company and put in a dispute claim. I don't know how a rude man can have a business!

Avoid this place like the plague. They sell low-quality and damaged furniture at market rates. In addition, the man who works here, Oscar, is disgusting and disrespectful. He's the type of person who is condescending even though you're the person who is paying his miserable self to do his "job" and carry on with his lowly existence. I purchased a white bedroom set and the furniture came scratched up. I also bought a dining room set and I could tell the chairs were not new because they did not come wrapped and they looked dirty and worn. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for furniture.

Great place to buy quality furniture for reasonable prices. I have personally bought by him over the past 6 years and had a great experience.

Worst customer service ever. I have never been cursed at by a business owner before. All because he wouldn't honor the warranty on a mattress he promised. Gave me the run around, tried to kick me out of the store. Threatened to call the cops. If you are smart you would avoid Joe and his crooked business

THIS STORE IS A GARBAGE! The owner is a cruck and a layer! He is so nice with you before you put the deposit for the furniture. As soon as he gets it he changes. Doesn't deliver on time it took about a month and half to deliver the sofa bed although he promised to deliver in 2 weeks, sends wrong item sent different color of the sofa and after demanding to exchange or return the money refers to the recite what says NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN of the item and deposit. So, you should be very very careful before putting the deposit with this guy, DON"T make the mistake which I made not checking the recite and not getting into the details before leaving the store. Very very BAD EXPERIENCE with this guy. Will NEVER AGAIN BUY SOMETHING in this GARBAGE STORE and wouldn't recommend someone to buy there.

bad customer service and rude ! I bought a living room set and they said it si going to be 2 weeks then it took them over 5 weeks to deliver it. Once these guys especially the guy named Joe take your money you can wait ! Most likely they will not deliver on time!
