Great quality, but an absolute ripoff and highly inefficient with underwhelming customer service.  Dry cleaning a two-piece suit costs $19.60 with tax, and typically has a 4-day turnaround.  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find another cleaner in the area that offers any better pricing.  This market is ripe for competition to undercut inflated, slow-moving chains.
