If it was an option to give 0 stars, I would. This laundry mat always has 2-4 regular sized washers out of commission (they only have 8 and it is a busy town) so it is hard to ever find washers available. Today one of the washers i was using (today only 3 to choose from) broke, spilling gallons and gallons of water onto the floor making it extremely slippery. And it would not release the door for me to get my clothes. I tried to call the 'out of hours number' because no personnel were on site, and the number told me to call back during business hours then hung up. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning.
