Amazing, serene and cozy little spa with excellent quality services and products provided by Aretha and Jessica. I have been here for facials, massages and footbaths and can say that the ladies are at the top of their craft. I always walk away feeling rejuvenated and grounded. Gaia's Cavern is a magical place. The minute you walk in, you feel a sense of calm. The interior evokes serenity and peace. The space is beautiful and welcoming; you can tell there was a lot of thought and care That weren't into creating a warm environment. The painting of the deer in the forest, in the second room, is enchanting. It kind of transports you to a different place, which is exactly how I felt while I was at Gaia's Cavern. I'm a long time client of Aretha, who is the sole esthetician at Gai's Cavern. I've followed her since she worked as an esthetician in Chicago. Aretha completes the feel of the space with her warm, nurturing personality and several years of expert knowledge on skin and the products she uses. She goes well beyond what most estheticians do and have done to help my skin. She has a gentle, healing approach and the right touch when working on you. Aretha is down to earth, friendly and sweet. She will take the time to get to know your skin and discuss which facial and products are best for you. If it ends up that you have hyper sensitive, reactionary skin like me, she will switch out product for something that works. Be sure to check out the handmade soaps and smell each one - they're all unique! Gai's also sells organic loose leaf teas and unique stones which have healing properties. Spend some time taking care of yourself at Gai's Cavern. I can't recommend Gai's Caver enough!!

Been going to Jessica for massage therapy and it has been great. Jessica listens and customizes the massage based on your needs and focus areas. Feel great immediately after every time. Cute business with many services and products to try.

I had the most pampering foot bath with Trish last week! Gaia's Cavern is a beautiful spa complete with handmade bath products and relaxing sounds. Trish used the handmade lotions to massage my hands and feet during the foot bath. I chose the Detox bath, which consisted of a citrus, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, rosemary essential oil soak. My feet have felt so soft since I left! I can't wait to go back and try the other soaks including the CBD soak.

Love this spot! So cozy and relaxing - makes for such a different experience. Aretha is amazing and always a warm welcome when you walk in. Have made it a regular spot for waxing but definitely planning to try a facial!

The most amazing facials you can get in JC! I went there last summer and could not stop going thereafter. Their products are natural and so potent that you can see immediate results after one session! Also the atmosphere is nice and cosy and you get personalized attention that is so refreshing from the run-of-the-mill spas.

I just love this place! What a welcoming and relaxing environment. I just left an incredible massage with Christina. Cannot say enough grear things about it- the perfect balance of relaxation while getting some deep seeded knots melted away. Highly recommend!
