SW3AT Sauna Studio

This was my first infrared sauna experience and I thought it was great! The facility was super clean, well equipped, and the receptionist/manager sorry I forgot your name! was really welcoming and explained everything to us clearly. The experience itself was unique, at least to me, and different from other saunas I've tried. In the end, I was feeling less out of breath and more rejuvenated compared to the usual feeling of overheating and gasping for breath. Being able to play our own music right in the sauna was great and made it a really personalized experience. Did an hour session to start off a relaxing Saturday morning and felt restored and energized all day after. Will definitely be coming back again!

My first infrared sweat. It was great. I wasn’t totally prepared, but I got into the groove. The studio is clean and very relaxed. Staff helpful, responsive, and inviting. I bought a package of 5 sweats. I’d a been back by now to for my second sweat but can’t find the time. But I’ll get there. You should check it out today.

OBSESSED. Went for the first time today and will definitely be back! The space is beautiful with so many thoughtful and unexpected things like hair ties, cool lavender towels, and make up wipes. I left feeling so good and did feel so much more relaxed both physically and mentally.

So glad I found Sw3at a couple years ago, so much to love between the great availability, private clean rooms, and wonderful team that works here...I love my weekly visits. I initially joined think I wouldn't visit during the summer bc its already so hot out but I have enjoyed it all year long.

Wow, what an amazing time!! This is the best in town. I just like the vibe and the session. The staff is very friendly. It is worth and everything was just wonderful. I feel so good, I like their aroma towels after the sauna. I bet to come again soon and recommend who wants to relax and like self-love.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing session. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. I wish the sauna was longer so I can lie down, but for the price I can't complain.

This was my first time at a place dedicated solely to infrared saunas. There are several sauna rooms and you are given your complete privacy. My session was relaxing, detoxing, and pretty much amazing. Because there is bluetooth I got to listen to a meditation of mine while detoxing. It was mind blowing. I've already booked my next session-- thinking a membership might be the best deal. Yes-- it felt that great.

Excellent Experience. A Peaceful and Clean Facility. I absolutely loved the customer service, the layout and the entire vibe of Sweat Sauna Studio. Most importantly the Sauna did wonders for my skin and I felt like a new man when my time was up in the Sauna. I have found a new pleasure. I definitely will be using there facility again.

I visited during COVID and felt very safe. The studio was clean and everyone was social distanced with masks. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience! It was very accommodating and relaxing. The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in infrared sauna experiences. I will definitely be back.

I was recovering from a foot injury and after researching ways to help with healing, I started looking for a local infrared sauna to help with my treatment. I read some great reviews about this place and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did because it did not disappoint. The staff and the owner are kind and friendly, and explain the session to you to ensure you have a great experience. They set up your studio and even help syncing your phone to the Bluetooth so you can listen to your music! The best part are the lavender infused towels they provide for after your session; they are so refreshing! The only downside is that it can be difficult to find. The address is correct and it in the same building as the liquor store, just on the third floor. I highly recommend this place if you are one who is not fond of traditional steam saunas but still want the benefits such as injury recovery, weight loss, and detox. I personally can't handle the steam saunas but am very comfortable with the infrared sauna and feel refreshed every time. I am convert for life!
