I didn’t end up renting through Gama but I had a really great experience with their agent, Rory regardless. Apartment hunting in the hottest market during the hottest season for moving, all from another state, with a unique situation, has been very difficult but Rory was great at accommodating my needs and walking me through the process step by step and getting me access to great options during my search. Next time I search for apartments in Brooklyn, I’ll definitely be contacting Rory for his help. Really appreciate the support and respect he showed me when many other local agents didn’t bother to even respond to my emails. It’s not a tenant-friendly market by any means, so it is important to have someone who looks out for you and helps find something that works, and Rory is that guy.

Rory was great! Knowing that I was in a time crunch, not only did he really focus on finding my units to view that fit my preferences it’s refreshing to have a broker that isn’t intent on wasting your time or being pushy with a unit you already know you don’t want, but he was willing to go above and beyond to show them to me based on my schedule. He was also super understanding and cares so much about customer satisfaction — not just brokering a sale so he can collect a fee. Also, he was in constant communication and extremely transparent, which is definitely something you want in a broker when searching in this market. I did not end up renting through Gama, but if I move again, Rory is my first call!

Finding an apartment has been challenging for me. I kept on dealing with a lot of realtors that said they will help me look for an apartment but never got back to me. Until I met Moe; he has been on the look out for apartments for me and my family. I let him know my needs for an apartment and he always got back to me whenever a new listing would appear. He was very patient and understanding and always communicating with us. We finally found our apartment and are excited to move in! Moe was a phenomenal real estate broker, worth your money and always in communication with me. When I was overwhelmed, he held it down for my family to get our place. Full transparency is key and this man got it. No shady business but excellent service. The house market can be hard to navigate but he knows the property managements he works with so you know it all. I had a week and a half to find an apartment in Staten Island relocated from Orlando. Inquired about an apartment and was immediately contacted by Adam about the apartment. Upon flying back in to NYC he showed the apartment looked exactly like it did on Zillow I submitted my application and met my new landlords. Adam is attentive, friendly and accommodating. Moe was the best!! Honestly I cannot recommend him enough, he helped us find a beautiful apartment that none of us could have ever imagined we'd be able to rent Literally the nicest place our family has lived period, perfect in every way. We actually didn't get the first apartment we looked at but he kept looking for us and the one we got was even nicer than the first one so we are extremely happy with this outcome. I can't even write it all in one review how much he helped us out he's awesome just trust me he'll put you first in the process every step of the way. Also not a bot/nobody told me to write this review our experience was just that great I have no other idea how else to express my gratitude besides this. Our apartment hunting experience went from impossible nightmare to completely taken care of once we came across him.
