Anthony J. Franzese, Real Estate Broker/Owner of WEICHERT, REALTORS® – The Franzese Group is a 15 year Real Estate Professional, President of the Brooklyn, New York Multiple Listing Service and a life long Brooklyn native. Anthony entered real estate as an agent in 2001. He soon became a multi-million-dollar producer, Broker, and franchise owner, opening WEICHERT, REALTORS® – The Franzese Group in 2007 in his hometown.

Franzese is President of the Multiple Listing Service, Inc, a member of The Brooklyn Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. With his construction background, he qualified as a Certified Construction Project Manager. He holds multiple credentials and designations in relocation, lending, and referrals, including USAA certification. He graduated from Lafayette High School in Brooklyn, and attended Kingsborough Community College, David Knox real estate training courses in mentoring, and The Mike Ferry Organization training and coaching program.

Anthony understands the needs of his clients because he understands the renaissance that Brooklyn is currently undergoing from Coney Island to Red Hook, from Bensonhurst to Green Point, just to name a few neighborhoods!
