I've gone here ever since 2014 and I've very rarely had a bad experience with these guys. I always love coming to this Game Stop specifically to geek out with employees on upcoming games all while either pre-ordering said games or buying already released games.

Always a great place to shop.

Basic courtesy such as "please" and "thank you" go a long way instead of disrespectfully telling someone to step out because they're at their max capacity of seven people. Happy to shop elsewhere.

Associate was great and pointed out the sales.

I drove all the way out to the Legends to get the only copy of the game I wanted in the Metro, only to discover that the store was closed when it's supposed to be open and a crudely written sign hanging on the window that said "temp closed." Are the employees out in back getting stoned?

The staff seams to be put out if you ask for help with something.

Extremely professional staff. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell. It's always a good atmosphere whenever I go there.

Walked in wondering about a Nintendo Wii console. Was very explicit about the size, shape and color of the console in question but the attractive lady just did not know what I was talking about. I’m currently in therapy after the ordeal as her lack in of knowledge about this classic console has caused me considerable distress.
