I was contacted about my pre order and told that with trade ins toward the game I had pre ordered, that I would get an extra 40% on the trade in if I had an Elite membership. Well the person don't tell you on the phone that it is actually 20% of one amount and 20% of a different amount. The guy ringing me up even admitted that it confused him when he thought the same thing I did. The manager even commented that she had never been asked that before but she seen my point and the famous "Ill esculate this to corporate" came out....so how about letting the customer know that instead of 40% added to trade in, its 20% of this and 20% of that. Explain the disclaimer when trying to sell me on coming in over the phone. Update: the store manager reached out and made things good on my discrepency with my trade ins and went above and beyond...change to five stars

Took them 30 minutes just to give me a ps4 copy of a game when I asked for Xbox one.

Absolutely terrible service! Rudely interrupted by the salesman. They say "you have to have an adult with you to pay for a M rated game." My son went in with my 18 year old daughter and they denied them service because she's not a parent they say you need an adult not a parent! What if someone doesn't have a parent? They'd be very offended by that! Absolutely ridicous!!! GameStop get your s**t together!

Very Poor customer service. I walked into the store at 5:59p on Sunday Oct 1st to purchase FIFA 18 - and the store associate was very rude and inconsiderate of my needs as a customer . She said we were closed (6p) and I needed to come back tomorrow at 7p. I then explained that I know exactly what I wanted, and I wasn't here to window shop. To no avail. I am very disgruntled, and I will never be coming back to this store. This isn't the first time this associate has done this either.
