Save Point Video Games

We love this place! Staff is patient with inquiries and knowledgeable. We recently bought a used GameCube controller and took it home only to realize the left trigger was not functioning appropriately. When I brought it back they offered to fix it free of charge. I had it back and working within 3 days! Highly recommended!

Boasts a pretty good selection and prices although a bit lacking in the modern departments. Place has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Even had some fighting game cabinets and a Tron Legacy pinball machine.

Nice place, fun to play games in-store. I would have given 5 stars but their return policy is store credit only and there's no way to test their (used) games to see if they work before you buy.

Came in to check the place out but mainly to be able to look at and buy some legend of zelda, nintendo 64 games, and japanese imports I saw on facebook. Asked to make sure if they had a lot of them and they said yes yet I drive 3hrs 45 mins just to find out they don’t have none of it nor do they have stuff recently posted. The reason I am frustrated was I get told that they are sorry I drove 3 hrs and 45 mins and that they do shipping so next time just call to ship though I called Saturday and Monday to verify things to be told yes we do have most stuff.

Was visiting Charlotte. Stopped in. Loaded up on a lot of video games. Great prices and friendly staff. A gamer's game store.
