One of the Best if not the best Gamestop I have been in. Everytime I go in the employees are very helpful(even though I know what I want when I go in). The manager is one of the best as we talk about the new games and other things. Not a 1 star store for sure as maybe you were having a bad day and that rubs off.

The female employee is consistently rude to me and my boyfriend. After reading the other reviews on here it’s obvious we’re not the only ones that have had this issue with her. Last week I laid a product on the counter because I wanted to purchase it, and she very aggressively threw it back in the bin I got it from. I started to say I was going to buy it but, before I could she glared at me mid sentence, so I decided not to make the purchase it. Another incident was the first time I ever went there and I was jokingly complaining to my boyfriend about my high heels. She interrupted our private conversation and said very rudely “why don’t you just have him carry you” She is constantly rude and cold to the costumers. I can’t believe they still have her employed considering that she is terrible at her job.

Cold and uninviting. Went in to see if they had a copy of kingdom come deliverence. There was one girl behind the counter working alone. She was helping a customer when I walked in, looked up at me, but didn't even say hello. I walked around the store to see if they had a box for it. She finished up helping her customers. They left. I continued to walk around. She walked straight passed me into her back room. Came back out straight passed me and picked up the phone. The entire time I was in there I didn't get so much as an acknowledgement that I was alive. I'll go buy it from Best buy with my gamers club card and get 20% off despite it being a little more of a drive. If I'm not going to be acknowledged it may as well be in a store that is larger with a lot more people in it, and makes it easier to find everything. And even they say hello when I walk in the door.

Worst customer service I live in buckeye and drive to Goodyear to get games . If you go in there with any questions you get made to feel stupid by the manager I went through these reviews and glad to see I’m not the only one lol
