The store is always neat and clean. The staff is always friendly and seem to enjoy their job. The downsize is the small aisles make wheelchair maneuverability difficulty and the wait to complete your purchase if there is already someone at the counter; although i must include that the wait is because the staff spends time making thr customer at the counter their only priority so you do get some pretty spectacular service when it is your turn.

The Asst. store Mgr refused to refund to my credit card which is as per their T&C, they are supposed to return to the same payment method as the receipt does not mention what the payment method was. The return policy asks for Packing slip, original item which I showed and I even showed him the email confirmation, however both of these proof of purchase did not have payment method [credit or debit] which he was looking for and hence refused to refund to my card. I was fine with either, but Jesse simply wanted to refund me as store credit. This is completely violation of their own T&Cs and return policy. Such people ruin the name of Gamestop brand who are lacking knowledge as how to help customers. I have initiated complaint against this Manager and will ask people to be aware of this.

Literally bought two games as my friend was playing one and mine was loading onto my PS4 that I just purchased to play this game we both realized we didn’t like game which is okay. Tried to return within an hour of actually purchase and they’d only take in trade value of the game saying since mine was open. Before I bought the game it was on demo and was already opened from factory seal from GameStop. All I wanted todo was switch it to a different game that’s all nothing more.

Great !! I ordered the product online and it was set aside for me. Showed up, paid for my items and was out in no time ! Employees were helpful and nice to myself and other customers in the store. Also went here for a midnight opening of pokemon like 2 years back. Was very organized and friendly.

A good place to get cheap used games. Sometimes you will find an amazing deal. I bought destiny for only $1 the other month. Cant beat that
