How can you not have the game that i preordered (put money down on)!! Not say one word to me once you realized my game isn't there and one of you gave it to someone esle. So I'm left standing there while 4 employees whispering and talking amongst themselves trying to figure something out..... now i have to settle for something that's a lesser item than what i preordered. Unacceptable.... and this happened with the last game i preordered as well!! Smh
