Most places are hit or miss, but consistently this place is great! The staff are 9 times out of 10 great chill people I went here to pre order Sonic Frontiers and it was probably the most chill interaction I've had in any store ever Very highly recommend!

Fast efficient service, friendly staff.

Every time I go in here it’s usually for my autistic cousin. I don’t know very much about video games and neither does he really, he only plays Roblox and a little bit of Fortnite. The staff is usually VERY RUDE to us when we go in and ask questions they look at us like we’re dumb and continue to snicker and laugh amongst each other IN OUR FACES and it’s really sad. I will no longer be spending my money here as this is the third time this has happened and I won’t continue to give my hard earned money just to be blatantly disrespected.

Wish I give a zero cause litterly I was trying to get a transfer cause I had to leave it still hasn’t been done so I called the higher ups and they could not get ahold of them. This store is a very lazy and unhelpful store

This new staff is horrible. They tried to sell me a used open game for “new.” Good thing there’s a comic book shop nearby called bulletproof comics who also sells video games. Also Target is a good place to go. Avoid this place.

Great customer service.

Can the manager just fire Joshua at this point he's so annoying, unhelpful, looks like he hates he job, starts getting aggressive when you ask him questions, and will tell you to the leave the store if you ask him questions, he needs to go, everyone else on the other hand is really helpful. Edit: So far, I've seen less Joshua, and it makes me really euphoric.

Professional cautious helpful

The entire Staff here is Great! Eric went above and beyond for me and provided a list of games in my price range for my particular system. He was sooo knowledgeable and knew exactly what my little brother would want for his Birthday. The manager is also soooo Cool! Thumbs up and 5 Stars based on my very 1st shopping experience at the Gamestop on Court Street in Brooklyn Exceptional Service! Will now make it my home store
