Everytime I go to this location I'm disappointed. They never have what I want anymore. Last time I went there was a sign on the door the store was closed for 1 hr btwn 3-4 pm. The games we picked in store were not available so why have them on the shelf! They had no Nintendo switch controllers. The associates answer to other annoyed customers "I'm waiting for a call from my manager because we don't have alot of stuff in stock." Why are you even open if you're not going to cater to the gamers?
I just had a conversation with the manager over the phone, he is very rude and very incompetent. I asked him prior to the second phone call if my order was going to be ready soon, and he said he was working on the online orders as we spoke. He then proceeded to cancel my order, when i asked him why he said due to high demand. That’s not the problem, after that i said “oh okay thanks buddy” and he goes on to say “mhm” and hangs up, he is so unprofessional.
Been here since 10:58 a.m. They store supposedly opens at 11 a.m. at 11:04 a.m I call the store to get a message saying the workers is busy with other customers. I’m trying to figure out how this location claims there open and really isn’t.
I've been goin to the same GameStop since 2018, and the service is always the same, great, beautiful attitude, great help, some of the best employees ive encountered. Keep up the good work
They never answer the phone. I wanted to call them because I lost a downloaded game receipt. For the last 4 years, everytime I call, nobody picks up the phone.
I went in to purchase a replacement piece for my son's game system, the store was very clean, staff very helpful and knowledgeable plus their selection was great KUDOS TO THEM !!
Its in the hood so expect it to be like every gamestop from the hood. Its comfortable could hope for more though but I love it.
Sold me a faulty system then stamped final sale so no possible returns could be made. Paid for forced insurance to find out the Xbox is discontinued. 400 dollars worth of merchandise at a loss and not one game conquered. They like to play hard. Buy everything new. I called headquarters let's see how far their honesty goes on the return. Lot of time wasted out of my life. This brand been around for years but I will not be dealing with them after the return. 20 years I had played an arcade game, been working so hard. Hope I could find something to do other than getting played.
Says there open but aren't when you call its says employees are busy with other customers but the store is not open
Nicole is a pleasant, extraordinary employee!! She's Engaging, informative, and knows what she's talking about when it comes to gaming. Helped me so much in so many ways!! My granddaughter and I only go in when she's there. Makes everyone feel welcome and everyone leaves with a smile on their face!! Nicole is an asset to this store and the company!!
