*update* The manager reached out to me. After a very good conversation; she was able to locate the game for me and apologized for my trouble. It refreshing to see someone take responsibility for a customer’s experience. I don’t know what’s more incredible GameStop’s ability to constantly disappoint me or me giving them additional chances. While looking for a copy of Pokémon Sword plus Expansion I was told that this store had a copy in stock. I called the store and a gentleman answers and tells me that they do have it in stock. I drive down and then I’m told that they don’t have it. The African American gentleman with braids then attempts to explain to me that had I used the online tool I would’ve been able to check inventory and not waste time. I explained to him the online tool doesn’t work for this specific game hence why I CALLED and drove down to this section of the city. His response is oh then if you want to waste gas driving around that’s your choice. I tell him it’s not a waste of gas had he actually given me accurate information. His response is for me to just buy it digitally.
This is a store you have to watch out for So on Xmas I bought the Xbox for my son. They made up a bundle that made me pay 800 for it. I needed it for Xmas so I paid for it the employee charged me for a 100 dollar gift card then pocketed. it lucky I looked at the receipt had to take an hr ride back up there to get my stuff and he acted like he did not know what happened ....Then yesterday I bought some card had a 5 dollar coupon he used. But he put that I gave him 500 but I only gave him 50 so he had to do the transaction over and I lost out on my 5 dollar coupon..up the stars went back and got it fixed gave me my money back off my next purchase
Great customer service by my man Wallace. Give that man a promotion. He was very kind and helpful.
I bought modern warfare from them today and when I went to try to play the game it wouldn't read so I thought it was dirty No it's not dirty it had a dent in the disc I tried it on my PS4 system and my PS5 system THIS IS WHY U CHECK UR GAMES BEFORE U PUT THEM IN THE CASE BEFORE U SELL TO PEOPLE

Been coming to this gamestop since 2002, always had a great experience, got my ps5 last night and the staffing was excellent during the selling of the ps5, they handled the crowd very well.
Great experience tonight at GameStop! I approached a team member about a product I stepped into the store to buy. The location did not have the product in store, but the manager Brian was knowledgeable in ways I can potentially obtain the item. As I began to look around at their products, I became interested in the Switch. I had two young female team members and Chris share their knowledge on the Switch. They were very personable and welcoming. Great personalities as well. Thank you guys for the awesome customer service. Keep it up! :-
