GameStop is a rip off to the loyal customers by taking more money back pre-owned games! Nedding ID to trade in old games and less than value on the game! Better off purchasing online! GameStop gets gas face or dissatisfied and disappointed former customer!

Guy at register had no interest in helping out a customer, barely looked the person in the eyes and was more focused on being on his phone than helping out customers. Terrible customer service from man at register, went in around 1pm

The clerk was very helpful and willing to assist with my joystick and explain the prices

I went here about 3wks ago now to get a new controller after mine died. Nasir helped us and he was vry knowledgeable on both the additional games we asked about and for the type of controller that would be best. He rly went above and beyond to make our visit a success. We'll def be back!

Hit or miss. On this day it was a hit. Cashier with the looney tunes jersey was awesome. She was kind and helpful.

Nasty Nazz was the highlight of my visit. He was very patient, efficient, and friendly. He worked with me to find the best game possible for my niece and she loved it. So glad that good customer service still exists!

The people here are great

Sold me broken joycons and then had the audacity to accuse me of swapping the joycons. Never buy anything from here. The DM Chris is a snake. If you ever want to buy something from here, just get it off of Amazon, it’ll be easier

I have had quite a few pleasant interactions, at this location. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful. There is one there, named Joe, who takes care of business but knows how to treat the customer. If this location does not have what you are looking for, the employees waste no time finding another store that does. Welcoming and cozy, never packed, but always has a good flow of business. I recommend this location to others highly!

This Game stop is one of the favorites of mines. Not only that I ever and this one and many others. But this one has a Special Hold On Me. So I can have the customer review this can't stop was one of the best and our region. Einstein special thanks to the staff that I work with and the people that I have known but if you are looking for a place to get more priorities of games this is one of the locations that I recommend. The staff there are very welcome very friendly and they make you feel at home like no other. I love working I can't stop but sometimes we need to move on two other opportunities. But I miss all my customers and my fellow employees. To say I really recommend this store not only that we have very variety of games but they have figurines and other accessories that are you are looking for. If they don't have it they will go out of their way to assist you and your needs. Take it from a person that work for GameStop for 10 years and a customer a loyal customer.
