Staff is really friendly. They have everything really organized and it made it easier for me to find all I needed. They have a big selection of items. Pokemon cards, funkos, etc. That's a really good Gamestop. I really recommend it.

Pre-ordered 2K23 with a months notice. Was elated when I got a call yesterday letting me know my pre-order will be here the next day today by 11 am. Show up the next day today to pick up the game I was waiting for all day and they don’t have my pre-order. I’m confused, what is the point of a PRE-order? Their solution was to send me to another store were they called and confirmed they had a copy. I drive across the city during rush hour to the GameStop inside the Flatirons mall and guess what? They don’t have the Championship Edition. They thought it was the standard edition, even though the SKU was read over the phone. I drive all the way back to this store and their only other solution was to give me a standard edition of the game and come back NEXT WEEK. The game came out today. My only other complaint is that how is it possible that I can get a phone call saying my pre order will be in. But then, when it wasn’t in I didn’t get a courtesy call? Protocols/systems in place are not making sense. You call a customer to tell them product is here and then don’t call them when it’s actually NOT. While this may seem like a trivial problem to you, please step into my shoes. Thanks Edit They resolved my issue and called me today on Sunday. I appreciate the manager taking the time and calling me.

This is by far the best staff I have ever experienced in a game store. Their store manager has gone above and beyond on SEVERAL occasions to ensure I get the exact products I need and even has gone as far as to reserve products she knew I wanted for me! There is no question this staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring about their products and clients. 10/5 hands down best GameStop ever ever ever!!!!!

Great customer service. All my pre-orders are held until I can make it in for pick up. Both toys & games. Pro membership is worth it. I save on almost every purchase.
