Your employees are rejecting transactions due to “COVID” which I find to be false information. This needs to be addressed immediately.

I walked in to make a quick purchase, I went to the counter and the employee greeted me, then he proceeded to unbox some items and I stood there for 10 min just watching him do his thing with his headphones on, how is this good customer service?

There were some technical issues with there store equipment, but the service provided by the store attendant was above and beyond anything you would expect from someone trying to fix equipment issues while helping customers at the same time.

Its Gamestop. The employees are helpful and nice. Things are usually stocked. Not a bad location.

The manager was awesome during our stop in the shop, he made us get the membership.

Customers representatives were very helpful

Game stop prices are very high on used games. They would get more business if they lowered the prices.

They increased collectibles so big ups. Decent line and customer service.
