Large target not a super one. Clean aisles and it’s connected to the mall. They have plenty of car pick up spots. Starbucks is inside and everything was in stock

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the cashier on our way out. As we approach, we see that she is on her phone. She puts down her phone when we approach, doesn’t even say hello. Doesn’t say a word this whole time, doesn’t assist in bagging anything at all, and doesn’t even want to set items down for us to bag them, just holds them there until we grab them. When she is finished scanning, she returns to her phone, and starts playing videos with LOUD audio as if nobody is even there. Doesn’t read us the total, doesn’t say it’s ready for us to pay, NOTHING. She is just tapping away on her phone. I had to ask her myself if it was time to pay to which she said “YES” loudly without even turning away from her phone to look towards us. I was blown away. Absolutely awful!!! We are not ones to complain to any manager but we had to this time, thankfully the manager seemed to care as he apologized and felt bad for the experience we had. Horrible experience that completely ruined an otherwise fine shopping time at this location.

I did not have a pleasant experience l. I kept telling the cashier that my coupon didn’t take. She kept insisting that it did. Once I got my receipt and there was no coupon applied, I went to guest service to get it fix. The young lady at the counter wasn’t happy with my decision of returning and rebuying the items to which she talked about me doing it when I walked away to look at the dollar section. She still didn’t fix my issue and missed one of my item when re ringing them. I still didn’t get to apply my coupon so going to her was pointless.

I usually find what I need at this Target. However, this particular visit I was trying to buy men's tennis rackets, air pump needles for my basketball, and swim shoes. Well they didn't have swim shoes in my son's size, they didn't have any more air pump needles, and they only had women's tennis rackets. I then went over to the grocery aisles to pick up some coffee creamer, but they were out of the one brand I typically get from them. So this was not my favorite experience. But it typically is a fair place to shop.

I was buying BTS RM’s new solo album “Right Place, Wrong Person” at Target location at The Mall at Prince George’s in Hyattsville, Maryland on Monday, May 27, 2024 and there are 3 versions. Had 2 versions on the shelf but needed the 3rd version. I asked lady employee walking by for help and she immediately called for another guy employee to help me. He came quickly and told him I need 3rd version. Went to back room to get it for me and paid for it quickly at electronics area without having to wait in line at the regular check out. Thanks to both employees for excellent customer service helping me get it! Appreciate it!

Before providing my review on this establishment, I would like to note, I shop here often. The security guards are racially profiling and unprovoked trailing minority customers as they shop. It’s extremely distasteful, disturbing, and unprofessional. Also, the drive-up customer service team is very rude and unfriendly. The only pleasant individuals are the cashiers and previous baristas at the Starbucks. I highly recommend shopping at other Target locations in the area.

I love shopping in target at PG plaza, it’s always clean and organize, plus since they have self checkout there are no long lines so my trip its always quick. I love the accuracy of the app for items in stock, it never disappoints.

Good for the essentials but be careful! The frozen area has a horrid smell. Legit smells as if something died. I also found expired milk products. Make sure to double check your items before you leave. I almost bought cold brew from November 2023.

I was in the self checkout around 7:34 on 2/6/24 and I needed help with something. I called the young, curly headed, hispanic guy around 5 times loud and clear not rudely everyone else heard me and so did he and he ignored me plain and clear. That hurt because I shop there a lot and never had that problem before. Please talk to him and ask him not to do this to people.

Waited 30+ minutes to find someone with the right key to open this cabinet pictured. Tried to talk to two security people who completely just ignored me to look at their phones. Went to ask a woman for help in grocery and she sighed and seemed annoyed when she had to pause her music to talk to me. An employee nearby helped me when he witnessed her reaction. This used to be my favorite target idk what happened.
