Story

For nearly 20 years, back when meters were $1.00 an hour and maybe they were busted, Gan Asia has been tirelessly putting forth the pinnacle of Pan Asian Glatt Kosher takeout. Founder and current owner Micky Goldschmidt, along with a dedicated staff, some 15+ year veterans of Gan Asia take continued and constant care to ensure your Gan Asia dining experience is the best.
The Gan Asia philosophy has always been, stay true to the classic recipes and occasionally look beyond for great food inspiration. It is in that vein that Gan Asia pioneered Kosher Thai food in America, and successfully elevated the frank in a blank to the crazy great Oriental Mini Dog, a couple of the prized achievements from over the years.

In keeping with their unique and expansive culinary menu Gan Asia is currently offering kosher cuisine an “Asian Street Food” menu once again pushing the culinary envelope. The staples are still there (and always will be) General Tso’s Chicken, Chicken Broccoli (prepared to perfection) are our menu mainstays. For whatever is your Asian culinary delight whether it be the tried and true or the bit curious and daring, count on Gan Asia to provide the best there is in Asian, takeout.
