Garden State Dental of Newark

I love Garden State Dental I've been using this office for over 20 years and have never had an issue. The physicians change quite frequently, but I've always appreciated the level of care received. The staff is very personable and they confirm appointment and call of there are changes needed.

Dr Yang is fantastic! After informing her I had severe anxiety she was so caring and wonderful with me! She broke down all my treatment and thoroughly explained every process and was constantly reassuring. She was patient, listened and addressed all of my concerns. The extra time and patience needed to work with someone with anxiety isn’t always easy to come by and she was just incredible! The amount of attention and care and explaining every step and process during my procedure helped ease my dental anxieties and she made it a great dental experience! I will be sure to return and continue all of my future dental needs with her

The hygienist is so knowledgeable. She has been the only hygienist that didn’t hurt me. She has a great personality. The staff is very friendly.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. During my experience there, they practice racial discrimination and refused treatment for my daughter. Staff members by the names of Rayani and Orbe were rude. They would not give their last names or give information regarding the person in charge. I am in thr process of filing a legal claim against this office.

One of thee best dental experiences I have experienced. Just think of your favorite uncle or grandpa on your teeth. He was nurturing but professional.

Very very poor and bad service. I don’t understand why the google review of it is so high. I made an appointment two weeks ago for teeth cleaning on August 31, but when I arrived there, they said it is not available today and asked me for reschedule it. I asked their recommendations and they told me I could do teeth cleaning on September 17 morning. Therefore, I re-made an appointment again. Today, I went there for teeth cleaning, they told me it is not available again. Are you kidding me? If not available, why didn’t you tell me or text me earlier? And today is the day you told me three weeks ago. This is a very bad dental clinic! No reputation and credit! Waste me too much time! Very annoying!

I was so happily and thankfully surprised by: 1 The friendliness of the staff; 2 Their willingness to accommodate me according to my working hours; 3 The way they do make you feel like you matter; 4 Their sincere and genuine way to address your concerns, regarding treatment, what you can expect from them; 5 Their care in understanding your financial concerns and how to work with you regarding that and lastly, but not least; 5 How specific and honest they are in providing you with detailed information regarding treatment and options to suit your needs. My daughter has already scheduled a visit, my sister will be next and I intend to refer everyone I know to Garden State Dental. Thank you for practicing dentistry with human care and honesty. Oh and l can't forget to mention how much of a good and friendly professional my dentist, Dr. Marc, has been. He's always in a happy good mood, smiling and welcoming. Also, he's got this like "feather light" hands ever! I barely feel that work is being done. And their prices are absolutely really fair! God bless them for all they provide!

I always receive wonderful service and good care here. I have my appointment in the mornings, and last time I went for a cleaning I was in and out in 30 minutes with healthy, cared for teeth… point is, they just never leave me waiting! The doctor is also very caring. Highly recommend!

Best experience at a dental office. Dr. Marc, Orbe, Kara, Rayane, and Marilyn were very nice and helpful. Walked in hating my smile and teeth. I walked out with a smile on my face and white straight teeth.

Let me begin by saying, I am a root canal expert when it comes to the pain and the dental visits… I have 7 root canals, and 3 implants… not even going into the infections etc… I’ve sat in Spa dental chairs on Madison ave in nyc, and even had a robot performing a root canal, but since the pandemic and my insurance changing I’ve had to find a new dentist…and my insurance recommended this office in Newark. From the moment I walked in, they were a little delayed, but nothing major, the receptionists were helpful, kind and the doctor - wow really the top of the pyramid - when it comes to root canals! He was gentle, vocal throughout the procedure and just really a pleasant experience overall! His assistant was also amazing. This is a great office, great vibe, seamless procedure and I am def coming back Thank you!
