The ladies who helped me were so nice and helpful! Danielle was very thorough and understanding throughout the process. I wasn’t able to asked the other lady’s name but she was very helpful as well.

Experience was good overall. For the scanning I thought it would have been a dentist that would be scanning and discussing more about the aligners but it was a sales representative instead. They did a great job with explaining the pros of the aligner. My sales rep was friendly and very receptive to any questions I had. Just ensure that you do your research before had and have a pretty good idea as to whether or not you are planning to go with Smile Direct because they'll want to sign you up for it before you leave.

I would recommend smile to everyone !! The customer service both on the phone and in person is great. The team members at this location were friendly. Easy to talk to and ask questions. My overall experience has been great.

This location is large, clean and quiet. My tech, Laonna was nice, welcoming and very caring. Her assistance assured me that my aligners would be designed to fit my needs. Grateful!

I went in for a rescan for my aligners. The office was clean, and the staff are kind and friendly. They're also taking precautions and taking temperatures at the door. Definitely recommend this versus doing the impression kit - I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Loved the tote bag of goodies as well.

The place is spacious & clean. Laonna was so so kind, professional and super patient. I had so many questions and she explained everything thoroughly. Wish I had a reason to go back for another visit because she was just that nice! They validate parking so park in the garage I didn’t know so I parked on the street they ask for a credit card to keep on file in case you decide to go with them once your 3D scan is verified, which takes about 3 days after your visit. The 3D scan was painless and took about 30 min.

Such a smooth and quick process! My SmileGuide Lanna told me she was new to her role but you wouldn't know it! She was super friendly and very informative. Definitely knew her stuff and I knew I was in good hands.

Very unethical practice. I was lied to in order to get sales. Was told you have to agree to a fast track plan in order to receive smile projection. Contacted customer services to advise the unethical business practices. Was told it was canceled however this office doesnt upload it until the day they charge your card so it was never canceled.

Excellent service here, had to return to do a touch up and was done within 10-15min most, the parking is complimentary as long as you choose the correct parking within the same building! Friendly staff, always a great vibe when visiting.
