If I could I'd rate 0 STARS. There is no communication between the office and field workers. So how it works, you order in your grass ahead of time through the office, and even if you arrive to the field first in line, the field workers will skip you for as long as it takes till you give them a bribe. Other people picking up late would get served first b/c they would slip extra cash into the operators pocket. After an hour and a half of this I only got my grass b/c I threatened to have that employee terminated. About 12 people got served before me although I was the first one there! Worse experience! If you allow the field workers to, they'll try to intimidate you! Buyers beware!

So stupid I called lady was rude keep in mind. First time calling don't know their stupid rules. I'm a contractor since 1992 just not the problem. She was rude you need to be a contractor I need a copy of your card wasn't professional she could have been well air this is how you do it. You guys aren't the only ones in El Paso rather pay more than give this company one single penny.
