Osuna Nursery

I needed yard clean up, which the crew did a great job on. Adan is very good , friendly and professional. My job was over $1000 which I paid quickly. But, I was potentially interested in the monthly maintenance program at $90/ month. But, I was required to pay an additional $50 for the single visit. So.....I felt like I was an established client, paying completely and on time, yet I was not given any leeway. Basically for $50 Osuna decided that my potential additional $1000+ contract was not worth it. I am very disappointed with the management staff. Maybe I'm expecting too much. Business decisions should be made with the client's needs in mind I think. This decision was not in my favor and I'm surprised. Still like the nursery but will have to look elsewhere for yard work.

The bug man is very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. We always love to go to Osuna Nursery because the staffs there are very friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoy the newsletter with the tips that sent to our email every month and how to maintain your plants, yard and Lawn. We've talked to the man that own 4 dogs, cats and chicken. We enjoy talking to him and he is also very helpful and passionate about plants. They are like a big family there. We love Osuna Nursery in the staffs.

Great place! They have the hugest amount of space and the most variety. I came here looking for succulents and found incredible variety and options for my New York apartment and space. The people are extremely helpful, even take things to your car with you and help you pack the plants for travel. I got recommendations for how to treat the plants as well and also picked up an air plant. They were kind enough to tell me to call if I had more care questions for them. I will definitely come back if in the area and looking for plants.

I am so incredibly happy with my purchases from Osuna Nursery, as well as the service. Everybody there so was friendly and extremely informative about the things I was buying. I deeply appreciated the time they took to go over how to properly care for the plants and products they recommended. Their whole facility is beautiful. I would recommend them to ANYBODY!! Thank you!

Daniel was a big help, very knowledgeable and friendly. Told us exactly what we needed and directed us to the right products. Very nice place, great staff throughout.
