If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with returning shoes here. I was not informed of their policy of “not being allowed to wear the shoes outside” and I was denied the return. Apparently they changed the policy AFTER I bought the shoes, but since I was returning them after the policy changed they would not respect the old policy and refused my return. No idea how I am supposed to see if shoes work for me by wearing them inside my carpeted apartment for a couple hours, versus real life walking on concrete floors of a hospital all day. I spent almost $200 on shoes that I can’t wear due to a foot condition, and now I am tasked with trying to sell them online and not getting the amount I paid for them. Never going back here.

Great customer service and friendly, professional interaction. We visited the Ward Parkway store on State Line Road. We were greeted by Jamie, who took great care of us. She sized our feet and made sure we tried on shoes appropriate for our needs. After trying on several Hokas, New Balance, Brooks and ASICS, she encouraged us to walk the track to make sure we were comfortable in our final selection. I absolutely love the Nimbus pair I chose because they are like walking on a cloud! Cason made the exchange quickly and easily.

I'm out of town won a gift certificate for $50 at a marathon race had to drive 9 hours to get home. Called store seeing if they could work with me. Nope. Worst fleet feet store...my local fleet feet store in Indiana way better.

I was in the Fleet Feet with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and the staff members were helpful. Two of them were navigating the store. If/when you visit the Ward Parkway Shopping Mall east of State-Line Road in Missouri.

Oh the guy that helped us they didn't have anxiety shoes that we were looking for but I surely would return

We went to this store for help for my husband. He needed a pair of shoes to work with his brace he wears for balance issues. Wow I had no idea of the technology that goes into making tennis shoes. Brett was outstanding in helping us. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit and perfect shoes to meet my husband’s needs. What an exceptional associate and great attitude. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for your help Brett.

I've gone in the ward parkway location 3 times now. I've stood there for a while and was never ask if I wanted to see a shoe or needed help until walking out. I lve seem two other people of color not being helped and exiting the store as well!!

Good service, they have a good system for fitting that is fast and customized, and the salesperson gave me good insight on how to narrow my selection down. It felt like they wanted me to have a shoe I liked / made sense vs having the most expensive running shoe.

My visit was to register for the Patriot Run but while there, I noticed a wide selection on display so I intend to return when buying my next pair of Hoka shoes.

Amazing experience, got my first pair or really good shoes for working out. The ladies were wonderful and knowledgeable, and my shoes feel amazing.
