I was looking for a specific shoe,I called all around. Finally found a store that had the product I wanted. The lady knew I was driving 30 plus miles to buy this shoe and she was kind enough to go back into the store room and find the shoe in the size I wanted and held it back for me. Was very helpful and polite. Thank you very much. I would definitely drive out of my way again to shop here
I visited the Foot Locker inside the Ward Parkway Shopping Mall. IMO, if you've seen one- you've seen them all. This retail store isn't less than other locations, however I'm stating what I previously thought...
The young man that waited on us because we had a online order that came in they were very helpful and friendly and professional
Called to check and see if they had a certain shoe in stock. They guy on the phone said no and immediately hung up while i was in the middle of asking about another shoe. Customer service was very poor.

I've ordered shoes there, and for some reason they never called and let me know that my shoes were ready to pick up. It happened twice. I had to call them and ask, and both time they kept me waiting for quite long after he/she went to check my order. I just don't understand why it takes so long to do such a simple task. I mean, why can't they just call and inform me when it's ready like they're supposed to do. They do need a better manager and hire better people.
They wont acknowledge you, speak to you or help you if youre white...even if YOURE THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE!!!!!!!!! You can literally wait until "someone else" walks in to prove it!!! I needed 2 pair if Jordans and 1 pair if Chucks...not here tho!!!
It's a shoe store. At the end of the day they have a good selection and a few styles I couldn't find anywhere else. That being said, their staff is the most uninterested group of people I think I've encountered in retail. I called to double check that they had the shoe in stock. When the girl answered, she was speaking barely above a whisper. I told her what I wanted, she asked me to repeat myself, I did and then she said she still couldn't understand me and hung up. Bottom line - Good selection with decent prices. Don't go here and expect to get much help.
To be honest I had a bad experience. I was trying to return an item but couldn't since the "policies". However, the staff could have been a tad bit assisting in the prospect. They were a bit "non-friendly" when they gave me a "No" with a straight face and offered no additional assistance. So I ended up buying a shoes with 70$ which doesn't fit and rests in my wardrobe.
WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE. I purchased a pair the day prior They didn't fit my feet correctly. Called the store and they said I can do an exchange however when I drove 40 minutes to them they refused. Will never return. Thanks foot locker for wasting my time Worst shoe company, customer service is not there main priority Btw the associates had very bad attitude with the manager named Ryan and Lauren.
