Gary did a GREAT job on our boat 17 windows/hatches and my car. He is VERY knowledgeable on Llumar products, features, and installation. I found him through a search on the Llumar website. He answered the phone when I called it's the simple things, answered my questions, and gave me a consult before booking an appointment. He is professional, personable, and approachable. We booked an appointment at my home at least a 45-min drive away for him and he was EARLY, not late again, it's the simple things. I highly recommend calling Gary. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy who only wants to give you what you want. I never felt pressured to upgrade, spend more, or install something I didn't need.

I made an appointment with the shop owner at 9am on Saturday, but he did not keep his word. I got up early on Saturday, reached the shop at 9am, and waited till 910am, but the shop was still closed. I called Gary's phone but there was no reply. If you cannot keep your word, please do not make an appointment with your client. Btw, the price of having one-door vehicle glass tinting is $45, too expensive. Another glass shop around crescent park charges just $25.

Ted the salesman was very professional and open to the options they had available regarding types of tints and applications for the home. He was happy to compare difference in performance between his brand Llumar and competitor SunPro. Ted was not pushy but just indicated if we decided to go with their services to let him know . Gave great rate for family room which has 2 story high stacked windows and master bedroom. Kinda funny that SunPro said they had the lowest prices and his for the family room alone were 200 dollars cheaper and better performing tints. The installers James and Fernando were on time 830 am spot on, very professional and efficient with their work. They were happy to answer questions about the tint and quick to respond when I pointed out they may have installed the wrong tints, but I was wrong in that case. The tints were great and we were installed very well, I couldnt tell they had been installed and I could see the difference immediately. Before my family used to be scalding hot during day due to the sun and a ton of light was in the room. But now the temperature dropped significantly, no heat, still had my lake view just looked like i was on the beach with sungalsses : Thanks again definitely recommend to anyone in Katy or anywhere in Houston that has this new stacked window feature that most homes are offering now.

Super professional and nice. The tint they use here is llumar. Which is one of the best tints for cars. The price was super affordable for my car. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get quality tint for awesome prices tis is your place.
