Westchase Auto Glass

I really love living at Westchase Creek Apartment. I lived there for two years and it was ah!mazing. Peaceful, Calm and Clean. Great customer services and awesome leasing staff that turn family. Paula Guzman helped me with my Lease, she was awesome, she ensured everything went smoothly for my move. But really, all the Ladies in there are friendly and super amazing. Friendly neighbors too and Maintenance are fantastic, the best have seen. Not forgetting the Apartment life Duo with their great fun events. Wow It's a really safe neighborhood, easily accessible to Westheimer, Grocery shops, Parks, Bus routes and Restaurants. I will highly recommend for anyone, looking for their new home.

This was my first apartment complex and I have been living here for about 3 years. The only reason why I'm moving is because of relocation and I'm ready for an upgrade. This apartment is affordable and you can tell that the staff really cares about their residents and their reputation. There's a big sense of community here, and people are always greeting each other outside. I feel really safe in this apartment, even when it's really late outside. There is only 1 entry and exit which makes it safe. It is walking distance to Trader Joe's which is really fun. The maintenance crew is very reliable and fast. It can take 1-3 days for problems to be solved, due to the urgency of the situation. There is also abundant parking for residents and visitors, which I liked a lot. Some cons: Some apartments have been renovated, and some haven't so be careful with that. I lived on the third floor and my walls started cracking which was concerning. There was a big pest and roach problem the first year living here but they seemed to have it taken cared of. I did have to buy my own roach bait to get rid of them for good. There used to be a problem with people stealing packages, but I bought a security camera for my front door and that fixed the problem. In summary, I recommend this apartment if you're looking for something safe and affordable.

I've been living here for about 2 years now. With the exception of a few minor maintenance issues, my stay here has been pleasant and comfortable. The cost of living here is decent. The office staff is very accommodating to all my needs and they are quick to respond when I have any issues or questions. My neighbors are pretty cool too. They mind their business. All around, this is a good property to live at. Thank you.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Westchase Creek Apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. I strongly recommend their properties to everyone. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Westchase Creek Apartment it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

I moved in back in August and I absolutely love it! Office staff is amazing, lots of community events for residents. Maintenance is awesome quick to respond and fix the issue the first time. I had tried to get into this complex for the past 2 years so glad I found the opening when I did. The application process was easy peasy, and washer dryer in unit, yes please! I love living here!

I am a current resident of two years at their sister property Windfern Pointe Apartments. I wanted to move to this property because it is only 10 minutes from my job. I loved the complex and apartment and applied right away. I got denied simply because I used to live at a complex over 4 years ago where I was added to a lease unknowingly and was living with my parents. I had no source of income at the time. We fell on hardship and my mother had to break the lease and vacate the property. I never knew this was even on my credit report. I called the leasing office at Westchase and spoke to Viviana The agent assisting me confused on why I was denied. Thinking if this property is owned by the same agency they would have the same criteria at all of their properties. Especially since have good rental history at my current complex which they own plus I make well over two times the rent. She simply said sorry since that is on your credit, there is nothing they could do and they would refund me the admin fee in 5 to 7 business days and kept the application fee . This is really inconvenient especially after leasing for two years at one of their properties!! I wish they would have been more considerate.

Just moved in a few days ago and I love it already! This process has been a month in the making but Viviana made everything run so smoothly, she was there for any questions I had and would always respond promptly. The complex is very family-like, safe and quiet. They even gave me the cutest goodie bag with some home goods the day I moved in. I would recommend this place to any family or friends in the future!

I would like to thank all the leasing ladies and Ms. Vohra so much for everything! I sincerely loved staying at Westchase Creek. You all answered every question and addressed every doubt I had from the day I first walked into the office and inquiring about availability years ago, to the day I signed all the moving-out papers! Your professionalism and friendliness is truly inspiring and I will continue to speak so highly of you all to everyone I can.

I was recommended these apartments by a friend and i am so happy i moved here. The application process was very easy and the communication was great! Their leasing office is very lovely and feels very welcoming when you walk in. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming!
