Gateway Community Services Inc, Jacksonville, FL

I have worked as a mental health counselor at both nonprofit and for-profit centers, and what makes the difference in terms of client care is the staff. The Gateway staff is one of the best I have ever seen. They are professional, they hold professional credentials suitable to their jobs (always ask), and they truly care about their clients. I almost took a job there, but my wife wanted to move to the mountains, and I am writing from the mountains of north Georgia.

Gateway is a place where individuals with Addictions can receive the best Treatment on Planet Earth! The Treatment, Staff, and Resources are second to none and prepared to address any problems, circumstances, or situations encountered on a daily basis! The Clients are well taken care of and well prepared to live a life of SOBRIETY. I would recommend Gateway Community Services to anyone seeking Treatment over any other Treatment facility in the City, County, or Country! I have been going to gateway and leading meetings for about 5 years. Through Gateway many lives have been changed forever as people learn to live sober, go through the steps and come into a relationship with God. Ms. Joann and all the employees are such a blessing to all the clients and they really work hard to Love people and lead them to freedom from addiction. I pray for the people at Gateway regularly! Not many places that are doing what they do and being as effective as they are.

I LOVE GATEWAY THEY ARE HELPING ME SO MUCH AND I THANK GOD SO MUCH. SHOTS OUT TO MS ROBERTA MS SHELLEY MS DESIREE AND MS ALEX THEY ARE A GOD SEND . I AM IN OUTPATIENT NOW AND MS DORETTA IS OFF THE CHAIN. SO COOL AND EASY TO TALK SO THANK YOU GATEWAY. AND JESUS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS ON MS KAREN SHE IS THE RUDEST WOMAN IVE EVER MET. I WAS TALKING WITH A YOUNG LADY ABOUT HER GETTING BAPTISED ON EASTER AND TELLING HER HOW MUCH OF A BLESSING IT IS AND MS KAREN COMES UP AND IS SO DISRESPECTFUL .TELLS ME IM LYING THAT WASNT WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT AND SCREAMING AT THE YOUNG LADY TELLING HER SHE IS GOING TO PRISON IN FRONT OF A CROWD OF PEOPLE . VERY EMBARRASSING IT WAS UNCALLED FOR SHE MUST NOT BELIEVE IN JESUS. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT ABOUT A GRIEVANCE FORM BECAUSE SHE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO RESIDENTS. ON THE OTHER HAND I AM SO HAPPY FOR THAT YOUNG LADY GIVING HER LIFE TO CHRIST SO AWESOME. AND SHOTS OUT TO THE WHOLE GATEWAY STAFF ALMOST YALL KEEP DOING YALL THANG DONT LET ONE BAD APPLE.
