I really enjoy living at the lofts. The large windows and nice finishing really stand out compared to the other options in downtown. The indoor parking is a huge perk in the winter and the staff are some of the best I've had when it comes to needing an issue looked at or just quick smile when walking by the office.
Just a great place to live! Trina and Tim are wonderful to work with! The place is kept nice and clean, there is a community feel among residents, and it's so dog friendly! I had a great year and a half at Gateway Lofts and would highly recommend it.
This is a great place to live! The building is well maintained, has access to downtown and East Village it's on the D line, very friendly residents and staff. And up there on the list...all dogs are welcomed. I love Gateway Lofts!
