I love my building and the management staff is great!! We have a great view of the city and the residents are kind and welcoming!!

Mary and Kris are the best! My daughter rented as her first place on her own and she felt right at home. They helped in so many ways, all we had to do is ask. I would recommend!

Be it maintenance or leasing questions, Kris and Mary always go above and beyond to help me with any issue I have. They are quite honestly the most generous and helpful property management folks I've worked with.

The Parker at 7th is an awesome place to live. Looked at several places in the downtown area and chose the Parker. You will not find more accommodating staff any where! Mary and Kris are amazing. They're very accommodating and treat you like family. So many good things to say! You need to live here!

I am moving from out of state, and this can be very stressful. Kris is awesome! She has been such a kind and genuine person to work with. It’s very early on in my experience, but so far it looks like it will be a great place to live. Thanks Kris!
