The maintenance team is outstanding!!!!!! I put multiple requests in all minor and I wasn’t even finished completing the last one and Vincent was at my door ready to fix everything!!! He’s super personal-able and friendly as well!!! Thank you for all you do Vincent!!!
Vincent is great to work with on the maintenance team. He is always attentive and fixes any issues we have in our apartment! We really like living here partly because maintenance is so quick and friendly!

I put my maintenance request in this morning and Noel Showed up within an hour and a half. Noel was super professional and super polite. He fixed my problem and ensured me if I needed anything else to put a request in and someone from the team would come help me! Love living here!

Vincent has done such an amazing job with helping us through our washer debacle for the last month or so. He was attentive with updates when new pieces were coming and even, in the end, got us a new washer/dryer unit. Thank you so much Vincent!

Jamo and Muhammad from the maintenance team were really helpful when I had issues in the apartment. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on how to fix the issues i came across. Overall great people and workers!
Vincent is a mastercraftsman he gets right down 2 work as soon as he arrives diagnosed the issue n took care of it like new n cleaned up whatever residue was left.He is 1 of the main reasons I have been here 4 many moons
