Visiting family and stopped in the Garage for lunch and this place caught my eye. Saw all the reviews Raving about the Ultimate Brazilian sandwich, so had to order it. Sandwich was amazing, bread was fresh and oh that sauce... highly recommend!Food: 5/5
If you are hungry for some restaurant quality street food, this is the place to check out in the Garage at the Bottleworks District. I ordered the Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich combo with fries, meat tasted tender and fresh, not dry like some sandwich places. It was a big sandwich, they did not skimp on the meat, ask for extra napkins because you're going to need it with the delicious mess you make if you walk around with the sandwich get a seat and enjoy it instead! Fries were nice and crispy. Will be back if I am in the area again.
Gaucho's Fire, with its promise of delivering authentic Brazilian cuisine, naturally sets high expectations for anyone who has recently experienced the rich and robust flavors of Brazil firsthand. Located in a spot that seeks to bring a taste of Brazil to its patrons, the anticipation for a culinary journey akin to what one might find in the heart of Brazil is palpable. During my visit, my cravings for genuine Brazilian flavors were met with enthusiasm, yet the dishes I sampled didn't quite hit the mark I was hoping for. The food, while presented appealingly and with care, lacked the depth and vibrancy of flavor that is so characteristic of Brazilian cuisine. This was a surprising discovery, especially considering the restaurant's thematic focus and the potential for a truly immersive dining experience. However, it's important to acknowledge the variety Gaucho's Fire offers on its menu, suggesting that there may yet be dishes that could satisfy those yearnings for authentic taste. My initial experience, while not entirely fulfilling my expectations, has not deterred my curiosity about the other options available. There's a genuine interest in exploring more of what Gaucho's Fire has to offer, with the hope that other menu items might better capture the essence of Brazilian culinary.
The atmosphere is fun with all the people watching that a food hall brings. I was looking forward to something a bit different and was not disappointed. The ultimate steak sandwich was amazing. There is tons of steak, sausage, sauces and nice light bread. The fries were very crispy and tasty. I got a cheese pastel as well to try which was delicious too. I highly recommend this stop for a change from the normal fare in the hall.
Fast service. Fries with the steak and chimichuri were delicious. Have to get onions added. Had these as a shared appetizer before grabbing dinner at another spot at The Garage. The most difficult thing was finding parking and a table, but that's to be expected in a busy venue like this!Food: 5/5
Ate here for the first time tonight and I'm not sure where to start. Service was prompt and our server was friendly. The food was excellent. Started with the pastels, one each of beef, chicken, and cheese. All three were very delicious with great flavor and texture. My husband got the meat lovers fries which came with beef, chicken and sausage and I got the bacon wrapped beef skewer. Portions were perfect for both of us and just like our appetizer, the meat was well cooked not to mention full of flavor. There are so many other things that I want to try at some point as well and we both plan on going back to try more of their dishes! If you want something new and different to try I highly recommend going here!!!
Come for the food, stay for the people-watching. Gaucho's was ahhhhmazing! Big portions of mouth-watering food came out hot and super fresh. The bread has the best consistency for a sandwich of this proportion, and the steak was cooked perfectly. You'll find grilled onions, mayo, provolone and homemade vinaigrette sauce on this masterpiece they call the Brazilian Steak Sandwich. The Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich also pictured here comes with steak and sausage, gaucho sauce, chimichurri, tomato, tortilla strips, and grilled onions. The fries with ranch, of course were crisp and seasoned perfectly. They do serve a couple different types of beers here, and some non-alcoholic options; however we found a spot at one of the bars to enjoy our lunch. 10/10 recommend stuffing your face with Gaucho's food.
So delicious! Try the one in the Keystone at the Crossing area, fast and friendly service! PS. I have them add their collards greens to every dish, LAWD!
This food is outstanding! My wife and I are just passing through. It’s in a building with other food vendors. But this place has the best menu! We the meat lovers with fried and tried their homemade lemonade!Food: 5/5
I did not get Gauchos Fire from the Food Hall but their food truck comes to my work from time to time. Chicken Fries!! Hands down the best dish they have. Actually, I have never tried the other dishes because I love the chicken fries so much. Based on how the chicken fries taste, I am sure the others are extremely good too. When I do go to the garage food hall, I always go to Gauchos fire!
