I love Dr. Raphael Okamoto. He listens and asks questions. Referrals could be better but other than that staff is sweet and nice. He spends at least 30 to 45 minutes with you. I highly recommend!
Would give 0 stars you have an appointment and they don't keep it you end up waiting over an hour to two hours . The Dr is the only Good thing but business operation is ridiculous. Waitied 3 hours for my husband just to get a note back for work and still waited an extra half hour for that . SmhAvoid
The wait times are ridiculous. We've been waiting for an hour and a half to be seen for out appointment. It smells in here and nobody speaks English. I hate it here!
Wonderful staff and Doctors but the wait is always long, even if you have an appointment.
