Best martial arts studio around! Family friendly. Great values. Awesome instruction and life lessons. Not to mention pricing that can't be beat. My kids have been training there for 6 years and we would go anywhere else! Stop by and check it out.

Mr. Byrd and his teachers are AMAZING with the kids!!! They manage any number of students who may show up at their assigned class time with ease. They enforce the tenants of Tai Kwon Do in a manner that is encouraging to the kids and keeps them engaged and ready to push forward doing their absolute best all while also teaching them basic self defense skills and self confidence. I would HIGHLY recommend Geist Martial Arts to anyone looking for a studio for their child or themselves. There are 2 other studios closer to my home and I'm more than willing to drive the extra 10 minutes to get to GMA for the experience my children receive there!

Great family atmosphere, family fitness, and learning self defense. Kids enjoy the Tae Kwon Do classes; they do a great job with the kids. Kickboxing classes for adults & teens are fun and a challenging workout, plus I learned a little about self defense.
