Gem Limousine Worldwide

Well not happy at all had people in from California I am in the bus now. Booked a sprinter van did not get that they told me the heat was broken I was given a bus ever time we turn a corner it makes a noise drive took us to change vehicles got on phone with Joe (I guess the owner says they don’t own any Limos?? ). I would love to post a picture of the bus. Joe told me he did not want to talk to me and he told me to cancel the ride if I don’t like it we have 2 kids with us that wanted to go to NYC so here we are going to the city in a school bus paint black. Never again Gem aweful experience.

Used them for a team event and the experience was nothing short of perfect. The driver went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty and we got the A-list treatment through and through. If you have an event, special occasion, or want to do something fun with your friends without having to drive, CALL THESE GUYS! :)

I, too, am surprised by the negative reviews. My wife and I have been using them for over 10 years. The service is perfect; they are always on time; they monitor the flight information and are always there to greet us. I guess some folks just got the rare bad driver.
