Galo, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me and was supremely professional and honest. I would recommend this place to anyone in a second. I am so incredibly grateful this gentleman. He is amazing. You’d be missing out if you went somewhere else. If there were 1000 stars that’s my rating- simply amazing!!! (Mt Vernon location)

I have had the pleasure of dealing w/the Mount vernon location on 5th avenue for some time now. The Manager Galo always greets my family & I with top quality customer service & not to mention they always have great deal on high end merchandise. I would recommend them to anyone. First time here at Gem Pawnbrokers and love the service. The manager Galo was very professional and made me feel real comfortable. I recommend everyone to come by and visit him at Gem on MT. Vernon. I left really happy and will be coming back soon.

Tracy is the best pawn dealer I have experienced. She is knowledgeable, professional, and you feel like you got a fair deal walking out of the door, whether it's a sale, or loan. I've been to pawn shops in other states, and I can say this with confidence: best pawn shop on the east coast. Period. -Michael Smith
