Great shop Thanks so much to the Techs at Gem State Diesel. Was in town visiting family before new year's and a fluid leak developed. Was concerned about driving back home 600 miles, called them late thurs afternoon, they had me bring it in fri at 8am. They diagnosed it right away, found a cold water leak and would be good to go keeping a eye on the coolant. Made it home no issues. They had great reviews that's why I called them. Definitely would call them 1st if needed thanks again so much

We had the pleasure of working with Sean and Brian. Brian kept us in the loop through the entire process. He thoroughly explained everything and the cost associated with each part and service. He kindly wrote up two separate invoices which included "necessities" and things that needed to be done but could wait. With these, Brian also explained the ramifications of waiting so we could make an educated and informed decision on our vehicle. He was so kind and willing to answer any questions (I had a million) happily and fully. They also exceeded our expectations on both price and time frame. These guys were able to turn a bad situation into an awesome experience. Outstanding!!Trustworthy!! They've earned lifelong customers!

Thank you for taking care of my truck! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, fast and was able to put me back in business quickly! I run a contracting business and can't afford to have my equipment broke down. These guys took care of me and was extremely affordable!

These guys are amazing! They never cease to amaze me with their level of service. They consistently go above and beyond to take excellent care of my truck and make sure I am a happy customer throughout the entire process. A rare find, each and every employee/mechanic/tech in this office is approachable, friendly and professional. Hats off to Gem State Diesel, you guys are top notch!
