I like the quality of service Boise Automotive provides on the vehicle and their customer service as well. I like that they use text messaging to confirm appointments. What's really awesome is they also use text messaging to send a link which describes their inspection results, pictures, and recommendations on other services that your vehicle is due for. This Digital Inspection site breaks the recommendation down by describing if it's Urgent or Non-Urgent. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was so happy they were available. The dealership oil change guy stripped my oil pan and tried to charge me just under $600 to fix it. Boise Automotive Service gave me a lower and faster repair quote than the dealership less than .5 miles away. I was worried about getting approved for the company they do their credit acceptance with, but I was approved and I can pay the loan off early if I want. These people are very nice and just want to help. I'm definitely going back for all automotive issues.

I had cabin vent problems. I had been to several other shops to check costs. Most were around $1500 or more. This place quoted 1200 for the same repairs with new and 1100 with refurbished parts. I asked if there was a way to fix the broken piece on the part rather than replace it and they inventively devised a way to do it. Saved me $400 off their already lower quote! Sweet! 2 years later, still going solid. This place rocks. Scheduling other service on my car now. Hard to find a good mechanic. This is the best one I have found for sure.

My truck lost a front wheel bearing and we’re from out of town. And it was late Friday afternoon and was skeptical that they would be able to fix my truck before they closed for the weekend. Rick and his crew stayed way past normal business hours to make sure my truck was right. Couldn’t be any happier and grateful they got me out of a tight. I’ll be coming telling my friends and Boise Auto. Thanks fellas.

I have been getting my car serviced here for two years, and they have consistently provided reliable and honest service. My experience has been very positive and I would recommend them!
